Over weight can
easily be controlled
by decreasing extra calories. If you give the body
more than it needs, it will store extra for later
use. If you take less than your body need on a daily
basis, your body will use these stores, and you
will lose weight. Exercise also helps by increasing
the basic amount of energy the body needs each day. If
you want to lose weight you must take care of your
daily food you eat ,If you know which food posses
low calories and which one has large quantity of calories, you can easily
